In Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty, Lucretia My Reflection serves as a pivotal main quest that bridges early action with deep spy-thriller storytelling. Following the intense crash-landing sequence in Dogtown, V must guide President Rosalind Myers to safety while establishing a secure base of operations. Navigating this mission requires tactical awareness and thoughtful dialogue decisions that establish your dynamic with key characters.
Navigating the Tunnels and Escorting President Myers
The quest opens inside the underground tunnels of Dogtown where V and President Myers must make their way toward a safehouse. Stay alert for hostile Barghest patrols that sweep the subways, using stealth or high-damage weaponry to clear a path quickly. Working alongside Myers showcases her combat competence, so coordinating your attacks helps manage wave encounters efficiently.
Once you reach the apartment complex, locate the power generator to restore light and security systems to the hideout. Reading surrounding text logs gives subtle worldbuilding context, which is often discussed in daily gaming news coverage regarding Phantom Liberty's narrative detail. After stabilizing the safehouse, the mission transitions into a narrative-heavy phase where key character choices occur.
Handling the Unexpected Intruders
During the evening, two local scavengers named Jacob and Taylor stumble into the safehouse, triggering an immediate standoff. Players must make a split-second decision on whether to neutralize them immediately or negotiate a peaceful resolution. Choosing dialogue options that defuse the tension allows you to keep both scavengers alive as useful informants.
Sparing Jacob and Taylor opens up additional background dialogue about Dogtown and grants a smoother experience inside the apartment complex. Eliminating them avoids any potential security leaks, but it deprives V of unique interactions later in the expansion. Maintaining a calm demeanor during this dialogue sequence is generally the most rewarding path.
Meeting Solomon Reed and Establishing the Operation
After resting, V leaves the safehouse to establish contact with sleeper agent Solomon Reed at a nearby basketball court. Initiating the call via a secure phone booth tests your patience, but following the onscreen prompts leads directly to your first encounter with Idris Elba's character. Reed's introduction immediately shifts the tone of the quest toward espionage and cautious alliance-building.
Escorting Reed back to the safehouse leads to a tense conversation between him and President Myers regarding past loyalty and future plans. Your responses during this discussion help shape V's relationship with both figures moving forward. Concluding the dialogue wraps up Lucretia My Reflection and sets the stage for high-stakes undercover operations across Dogtown.
